Descripción del Producto

:1. El panel de aislamiento de acero inoxidable está relleno de espuma de PU de 120 mm de espesor. Ambos lados cubren una placa de acero inoxidable de 0,6 mm. El piso de aislamiento, de 225 mm de espesor, está soldado sin costuras. Sin fugas ni hundimiento.2. La cinta transportadora está hecha con una malla especial en espiral SUS304 de alta resistencia. El calentador de inducción de alta frecuencia se utiliza para formar cabezales de varillas. Funcionamiento más suave y mayor duración.3. Evaporador de aleación de aluminio. Las tuberías y aletas de aluminio están densamente diseñadas para un buen intercambio de calor.4. Panel de control eléctrico SUS304. Puede ser controlado por relé, PLC o pantalla táctil.5. Dispositivo de seguridad: inductor de giro de la cinta transportadora, regulador de inducción de la cinta, interruptor de emergencia.
